摘要: Purpose This paper aims to explore the nexus between integrated reporting and sustainability embeddedness. It seeks contribute a better understanding of by obtaining in-depth insight from sensemaking those in practice. Design/methodology/approach A single exploratory case study design strategy was applied leading stock exchange listed company property industry South Africa. Rich qualitative data were gathered applying multiple gathering techniques diverse group employees within company. Findings This empirical contributes metaphor cog chain nine themes that elucidate employee at nexus. Integrated found drive embeddedness foster changes organisation.
