摘要: In this brief review, we survey work that has been carried out in the attempts of biomathematicians to understand dynamic behaviour simple bacterial operons starting with initial 1960’s. We concentrate on simplest situations, discussing both repressible and inducible systems then turning concrete examples related biology lactose tryptophan operons. conclude a discussion role extrinsic noise so-called intrinsic form translational and/or transcriptional bursting.
