摘要: Three clinical cases have been treated with the use of an apical plug MTA for apexification. All three were central incisors that had suffered premature interruption root development as a consequence trauma. According to treatment protocol, canals rinsed 5% NaOCl; then, calcium hydroxide paste was placed in 1 week. Consequently, portion canal (4 mm) filled MTA. The remaining then closed thermoplastic gutta-percha. At 6-month and 1-year follow-up period radiographic appearance teeth showed resolution periapical lesions. appears be valid option apexification its main advantage being speed at which can completed.
