摘要: Abstract Ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) is a rate-limiting enzyme in polyamine synthesis, and its activity can be used as an indicator of protein synthesis. In this study, we cloned two ODC1 genes from Cyprinus carpio var. Jian, namely CcODC1a CcODC1b , identified five three single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) loci the sequences, respectively. The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length (PCR-RFLP) method was to discriminate genotypes these SNP Jian carp breeding base population. Except for a-E6-A212G b-I3-A126G all other strayed Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. information content ranged 0.28 0.38. expected heterozygosity observed were 0.34–0.50 0.347–0.626, So population had medium abundant variation, suggesting that sufficient potential existed Stepwise regression results indicated additive effects SNPs ( a-E6-A98C a-E9-A19G ) on body weight gain extremely significant at 0.01 level, dominant also 0.05 level. All advantageous genotype AA. individuals inherited AA with highest gain, showed greatest being important candidate molecular marker, which could fast growing common future.
