摘要: Fusarium head blight and Septoria tritici blotch resistances are complex traits and can be improved efficiently by genomic selection modeling main epistatic effects. Enhancing the resistance against (FHB) (STB) is of central importance for a sustainable wheat production. Our study based on large experimental data set 2325 inbred lines genotyped with 12,642 SNP markers phenotyped in multi-environmental trials FHB STB as well plant height. objectives were to (1) investigate impact height severity, (2) examine potential marker-assisted selection, (3) prediction ability effects. We observed low correlations between (r = −0.15; P < 0.05) severity (r = −0.17; suggesting negligible morphological resistances. Cross-validation combination association mapping revealed absence effect QTL impeding an efficient pyramiding different loci through selection. The was high amounting 0.6 0.5 resistance. Therefore, promising tool improve wheat.
