摘要: Chromatographic discs were investigated for their potential to substitute the hitherto used cartridges in heterogeneous flow injection analysis. Originally designed fast high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) of biopolymers, combine reliability with speed and resolution. This together price long-standing time made them attractive use The base material is a glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate (GMA-EDMA) co-polymer. epoxy groups inherent this structure can be immobilization purposes. In first demonstration, antibodies immobilized resulting affinity analysis (< 5 min) protein G from cell lysate recombinant Escherichia coli. A linear calibration curve over several orders magnitude as well excellent reproducibility correlation data produced by conventional assay obtained.
