Controlling Light to Make the Most Energy From the Sun

摘要: Representing the Light-Material Interactions in Energy Conversion (LMI), this document is one of entries Ten Hundred and One Word Challenge. As part challenge, 46 Frontier Research Centers were invited to represent their science images, cartoons, photos, words original paintings, but any descriptions or could only use 1000 most commonly used English language, with addition word important each EFRCs mission DOE energy. The LMI tailor morphology, complex dielectric structure, electronic properties matter so as sculpt flow sunlight heat, enabling light conversion electrical chemical energy unprecedented efficiency.
