摘要: The present study was undertaken to investigate the effects of selenite (SeIV) or selenate (SeVI) on nuclear T3 receptors rat liver. Selenite at 0.1 μM (p<0.01) inhibited specific binding liver receptors. receptor fully restored when even 1.0 separated from by gel filtration. No inhibitory effect (up 100 μM) found in presence mM dithiothreitol. rate dissociation T3-nuclear complex effectively increased selenite. Selenate up 1 as well sulfite sulfate did not exert an results based vitro experiments suggest that selenium form may reversibly affect molecule.
