摘要: An effective reduction of seismic risk can implement through a multiscale approach to the earthquakes monitoring. Devoted monitoring network are essential cope with emergency in urban areas, assess damage scenarios, which useful for preservation strategic functions and services improve community resilience earthquakes. The National Earthquake Observatory, Italian Institute Geophysics Volcanology (ONT-INGV, Italy), has been recently involved several projects devoted by means implementation urban-scale building-scale networks. Such systems represent necessary support well-established national network. All these approaches (country, urban, building scale) could be framed within unique system each part holds different tasks, common final objective earthquake reduction. In this papers approaches, experiences potential capabilities on networks, structural health cultural heritage implemented Italy ONT-INGV will presented, ultimate goal achieving an integrated multi-scale system.
