摘要: Abstract The naphthalene manganese complex [( η 6 -C 10 H 8 )Mn(CO) 3 ]BF 4 ( 1 ) has been used as an effective catalyst for the hydrosilylation of ketones to give corresponding sec -alcohols in high yields after hydrolysis. aryl are dependent on reaction medium with highest CH 2 Cl and steric bulkiness electronic properties substituents. As increases, yield decreases electron-donating ability substituent substrate increases. Catalytic activity is explained by ring slippage → .
