摘要: AbstractThe implementation of marine protected areas, such as reserves and customary fishing is considered an important step toward advancing ecosystem-based management (EBM), but has proven difficult due to resistance from well-organized interests. This raises the question how values less well-organised parties can be brought into political decision-making process.
