摘要: Abstract Current in vitro models of human skin lack appendages, which are an integral component native and necessary structures reconstructed for applications such as testing pharmacological agents, basic discovery, tissue engineering. We describe our development three complementary eccrine gland culture models: (1) nondissociative model whole glands attached to epidermis, (2) detached from (3) dissociative cells.
