Polyaniline/polyacrylate core–shell composites: Preparation, morphology and anticorrosive properties

摘要: Abstract Polyaniline/partially phosphorylated poly(vinyl alcohol)/polyacrylate nanoparticles ((PAn/P-PVA) x /PAc y ) were synthesized by encapsulation of varying amounts PAn/P-PVA (  = 0.3, 0.5 or 0.7 g) with PAc  = 4, 6 8 g acrylate monomers) via emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization. A monomer conversion level 93.9% was achieved for the synthesis (PAn/P-PVA) 4 nanoparticles. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that intercalated between layers, whilst transmission electron microscopy different they spherical agglomerates coated PAc. Thermogravimetric thermal stability (PAn/P-PVA)/PAc decreased increasing Cyclic voltammetry based onto carbon fiber electrodes encapsulated sufficiently non-conductive and peak current acrylate. With respect to corrosion resistance in 1.0 M sulfuric acid, steel 0.7 8 nanocomposite showed best (11.4%), but nanocomposites at each loading level, anticorrosive properties increased levels, presumably due tortuosity diffusion pathway through coating any agents.
