摘要: Practices related to media technologies and infrastructures (MTI) are an increasingly important part of democratic constellations in general surveillance tactics particular. This article does not seek discuss per se, but instead open a new line inquiry by presenting qualitative research on the Chaos Computer Club (CCC)—one world’s largest Europe’s oldest hacker organizations. Despite longstanding conception hacking as infused with political significance, scope style hackers’ engagement emerging issues remains poorly understood.
