摘要: Jede akute neurologische Erkrankung (zerebrovaskulare Erkrankungen, Meningitis/Enzephalitis u. a.) kann sich vor oder wahrend einer Schwangerschaft manifestieren. In diesen Fallen muss immer eine sofortige Mitbehandlung erfolgen. Diese zahlreichen Erkrankungen sollen jedoch nicht Gegenstand dieses Kapitels sein. Im Fokus vielmehr diejenigen haufigen, in der Regel chronischen neurologischen stehen, die bei Frauen mit einem Kinderwunsch bzw. im konzeptionsfahigen Alter bestehen konnen. Dabei handelt es erster Linie um Epilepsie, Multiple Sklerose und neuromuskulare Erkrankungen.
