摘要: Abstract We report the observation of nonlinear conductivity with a well-defined threshold electric field ET, and frequency dependent ac conductivity, in novel linear chain compound, (TaSe4)2I. The material undergoes phase transition to semiconducting at T ∼ 260 K, transport is observed below this temperature. argue that new example collective mode provided by Peierls-Frohlich charge density wave condensate.
