摘要: Subtelomeres are an unusual part of primate genomes, enriched in genes, repetitive DNA, structural polymorphisms, and chromosome rearrangements. As with subtelomeres other orders, such genomic variation primates can lead to genetic diversity, the birth new explosion gene families. However, rearrangements human also alter developmentally critical causing intellectual disability defects.
