摘要: Abstract The early stages of plastic flow and microcreep have been studied in single crystals polycrystalline copper aluminum using a method with strain sensitivity 2 × 10−6 the temperature range −196 to 25°C. dependence yield stress is interpreted as arising from thermal activation stacking faults under stress. This model results value 25 ergs/cm2 for fault energy 100 aluminum.
