摘要: Currently, there is an upsurge of interest in the immobilisation and regimentation biologically active molecules, notably enzymes, anti-bodies various bio-specific inhibitors, by conjugation with synthetic semi-synthetic carriers. The resulting materials are practical importance because they recovered readily from heterogeneous reaction mixtures filtration and, certain cases, may be used continuously perfused or fluidised beds. More important a theoretical viewpoint, choice suitable carrier for process enables researcher to define precisely microenvironment constrained biological molecule. Simulation native, cellular environment molecule further, creation new, artificial environments, calculated modify perhaps improve, activity become distinct possibilities.
