摘要: Aims The aim of the present study was to extend our understanding international trends in stroke and major sequelae Europe countries peripheral by assessing: (1) current mortality rates, (2) most recent 15-year prevalence trends, (3) relationship between systolic blood pressure community surveys national mortality. Methods results Data were obtained from World Health Organization (WHO [www.who.int/whosis/database/mort/table.cfm][1]), represent vital statistics as reported 39 (European Central Asian countries) using a standard format population-based cardiovascular surveys. Total numbers deaths (International Classification Diseases 430–438, 444) age, sex-adjusted incidence rates grouped according three demographic categories: A, B, C (WHO). A Bayesian linear mixed effect model fitted annual rates. Higher observed for B group compared with those belonging Group (e.g. Bulgaria 273.9 281.1; Israel 37.7 45.4 per 100 000 men women, respectively). Even though within country groupings relatively similar, marked deviation average observed, mainly Groups C. Stroke decreased sharply during period study; conversely it had increased substantially lesser extent For both sexes markedly higher noted moving west east, some exceptions. Conclusion We have entered rapidly increasing inequality risk, where low adult latter 20th century extended their downward trend moderate well high on seen unprecedented increases death stroke.
