Review organisational documentation, observation current practices interviews employed collect concerts baseball matches Mexico. Data collected transcribed verbatim open, axial selective coding approach analyse data. Themes elements recognised uncover links light contextual features make sense relationships between them. From those relationships, surface credibility normative altruism motivations abstract proposed contributions knowledge. In addition, Situational Awareness Modes Incident Management (SAMIM) model frame exhibit necessity be aware diverse situations Moreover, findings have practical implications concerning development adequate protocols managing incidents; improvement material tools; training tune coordination serving responders, including public. can done through practice exercises simulated
