Effective atomic number and buildup factor calculations for metal nano particle doped polymer gel

摘要: Abstract The present study aimed at verifying the water equivalency of PAGAT gel and metal nano particle (different concentration gold silver) (MPAGAT) in terms effective atomic number (Z eff ). In addition to Z , energy absorption buildup factor (EABF) exposure (EBF) have been calculated for MPAGAT. Auto-Z computer program was used calculate MPAGAT region 10 keV 1 GeV. EABF EBF were by using geometric progression (GP) fitting formula from 0.015 15 MeV up penetration depths 40 mean free path. Mass attenuation coefficient obtained XCOM results compared with Monte Carlo simulation. It has found that Au Ag doped gels show excellent than undoped dopant concentrations 0.1, 0.5 1 mM. From results, it noted significantly varied respect photon chemical composition given different particle. Since mass coefficients obtain EABF, reliability data cross checked simulation, a good agreement between
