摘要: Background: Oral cancer is a global health problem and its early detection of prime importance. In vivo stains brush biopsy have emerged in recent years to aid as clinical diagnostic tools. Aims objectives: our study we assessed the efficacy accuracy Toluidine blue comparison wedge patients with oral premalignancies malignant lesions. Positive predictive value 96%. Conclusion: Combined technique non invasive, painless outpatient procedure which has high sensitivity specificity detecting This an ideal screening tool can minimize negatives.
