摘要: The amide nitrogen atom of glutamine was incorporated into pyridoxine in four eukaryotes, Emericella nidulans, Mucor racemosus, Neurospora crassa and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, two prokaryotes, Staphylococcus aureus Bacillus subtilis, but not the following Pseudomonas putida, Enterobacter aerogenes Escherichia coli. On other hand, glutamate P. E. coli, S. B. subtilis. These results suggest that there are at least different biosynthetic routes for difference does depend on prokaryotes eukaryotes.
