摘要: Abstract Ion mobility mass spectrometry performed in a compact traveling wave cell (TWIM-MS) is shown to provide reliable, fast and repeatable method separate derivatized steroid isomers. Three isomer pairs were analyzed their native form as p -toluenesulfonyl isocyanate derivatives. The steroids separated from each other, but no separation could be attained for the isomers were, however, properly by TWIM-MS with peak-to-peak resolutions close or high baseline resolution ( R − = 0.77–1.08).
