摘要: The influence of temperature on the bioaccumulation, toxicokinetics, biotransformation and depuration pyrene was studied in arctic marine amphipod Gammarus setosus. A two-compartment model used to fit experimental values total body burden, metabolites parent concentrations calculate toxicokinetic variables derived for two treatments (2 8 °C). No statistically significant differences were observed with these or bioconcentration factors. Contrarily, Q10 suggested that ke km temperature-dependent. This may be explained by high standard deviation values. is variation rate a metabolic reaction 10 °C increase temperature. Depuration constants calculated from linear best equations applied measured over time during phase experiment. During depuration, eliminated stages faster elimination at 8 °C compared 2 °C. finding also indicated Q10. changes burdens metabolite monitoring period 96 h. pathway G. setosus investigated this study main II products discovered liquid chromatography. These are conditionally identified as sulphate glucose conjugates 1-hydroxy-pyrene. Overall, contributes new knowledge understanding fate PAHs biota. In particular, provides valuable insight into bioaccumulation an important PAH its species serves both predator prey ecosystem.
