摘要: AbstractBased on the instructions of National Organization Pharmaceutical Agents (Greece) from July 1, 2003, quinolones, 3rd and 4th generation cephalosporins, carbapenems, monobactams, glycopeptides, oxazolidinones, streptogramins were considered as “restricted” antibiotics that could be used only with approval an Infectious Disease specialist. We analyzed effect policy consumption cost a group specific classes, adjusted for patient load, well antimicrobial resistance isolated bacteria. 5 trimesters (2 prior 3 after implementation new policy). A 20% 16% reduction in [in daily defined doses (DDDs)] cost, respectively, restricted was accomplished during first trimester policy.
