摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate effect purified Omphalia lapidescens protein (pPeOp) extracted by polyvinylpyrrolidone from fungus Schroet on proliferation and cell cycle progression MC-4 human gastric tumor cells. Using polyvinylpyrrolidone, pPeOp O. Schroet. cells were cultured with 30, 60 or 90 µg/ml pPeOp, 5-fluorouracil used as a positive control.
