摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate effect purified Omphalia lapidescens protein (pPeOp) extracted by polyvinylpyrrolidone from fungus Schroet on proliferation and cell cycle progression MC-4 human gastric tumor cells. Using polyvinylpyrrolidone, pPeOp O. Schroet. cells were cultured with 30, 60 or 90 µg/ml pPeOp, 5-fluorouracil used as a positive control. Survival rates treated significantly decreased compared those untreated control group in dose-dependent manner. flow cytometric analysis, demonstrated arrest S phase exhibit abnormal G0/G1 G2/M distribution. In addition, wound healing assay that inhibited migration mRNA expression levels cyclin D1/cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4, B/CDK1, A/CDK2, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 MMP-9 determined using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis western blotting. level CDK4 A increased control; however, D1, CDK1, CDK2, B, MMP-2, exhibited level, indicating there is negative association between concentration D1 levels. arrest-associated proteins migration-associated examined similar observed conclusion, identified inhibit cause
