摘要: A plurality of antennas receives radio wave transmitted from a vehicle which comes in toll collection area. Each antenna has at least three elements, and the are disposed horizontal direction vertical direction. The signal analyzer analyzes ID included received to identify vehicle. detector measures arrival (DOA) by two selected selector way two-dimensional interferometry principle terms directional angle depression angle. location calculates height as information based on DOA measured detector. tracking unit generates locus data calculated for identifying analyzed analyzer. On other hand, video camera takes picture area obtain data. correlation judges whether is violator correlating controller registers if collects prescribed not
