摘要: An apparatus peels fruit, in particular citrus by washing and sterilizing the fruit a bath (16). The washed sterilized is delivered to perforator (18) which makes plurality of perforations through outer surface peel over its entire surface. perforated then conveyor (128) loads orients so that it spinning on stem axis with equator exposed slitting knives (162). Each canister (26) filled aqueous solution commercial pectinase. vacuum infused into albedo attaching substantially disintegrates predetermined time period. pectinase drained from (26), treated loosened removal section (32). are removed two hemispheres leaving meat intact. intact brushed remove any remaining or strings. hydrocooler (46) cools meats nearly 0 degrees C. cooled packaged trays, labelled, sealed packed shipping cartons.
