Regioselective enzyme-catalyzed synthesis of pyrazole-containing podands

摘要: Initial results are described about a new synthesis of family the acyclic cation-complexing compounds named podands containing pyrazole moiety as part molecule. This was carried out by lipase-catalyzed transesterification corresponding pyrazole-3,5-dicarbethoxy derivative with di- and triethyleneglycol monomethylether; it afforded good yields high degree regioselectivity in N-substituted pyrazoles where 3 5 positions not equivalents.
