摘要: By the use of a vaginal sector scanner, placed to introitus (introital sonography), we studied static and dynamic function urethrovesical region in patients with genuine stress incontinence detrusor instability. Patients (n = 25) revealed either an increase retrovesical angle or inclination associated descent bladder neck during coughing. Opening cystometry, showing pressure, was observed motor urge 10). Application technique is recommended undergoing surgery for objective intraoperative assessment successful reformation junction, irrespective surgical procedure. Compared radiologic techniques, introital sonography has many advantages no radiation exposure minimal inconvenience patient.
