摘要: Mushroom transformation requires a series of experimental steps, including generation host strains with desirable selective marker, design vector DNA, removal cell wall, introduction foreign DNA across the membrane, and integration into genomic or maintenance an autonomous inside cell. This review introduces limitations obstacles related to technologies along possible solutions.
