摘要: The aim of the paper was to investigate role knowledge management in higher education institutions. case study based on Stefano Moshi Memorial University College (SMMUCo). relied both secondary and primary data; data obtained mainly through a questionnaire, observations, as well short interviews/discussions with students lecturers, since researcher is lecturer at SMMUCo. findings show that current website general state IT infrastructure not adequate supporting activities, for example lecturers pointed out lack an information system where they could login access specific (e.g. individual course results, lecture notes, news bulletins updates from management). concludes by highlighting development model, which SMMUCo implement order achieve effective management. model suggests build capabilities, university should effectively align its key resources, namely: (a) Employees (both academic administrative staff), (b) content programs, policies etc.), (c) ICT infrastructure. use relevant technologies highly recommended, technology viewed resource can improve
