摘要: In the teleost eye, melanin granules of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) move in response to changes light conditions. dark, aggregate toward cell base, and light, they disperse into long apical projections. Isolated RPE cells from green sunfish (Lepomis cyanellus) were used investigate mechanism regulation movement. Changing conditions did not elicit migration isolated cells. However, aggregation was induced by 3',5' cyclic-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), dibutyryl cAMP (dbcAMP), forskolin (an adenylate cyclase activator). The effectiveness suggests that an endogenous participates regulating aggregation. Pigment dispersal catecholamines epinephrine, phenylephrine, clonidine, dopamine, apomorphine. Together authors' studies suggest: contain necessary motile machinery support granule transport absence retina, but ability respond light; elevating induces aggregation; induce dispersion binding receptors on cell. observations are consistent with previous suggestions is mediated retina.
