摘要: Abstract The vertical flux of organic matter and infauna production, biomass abundance at six stations along a gradient away from salmon farm, located in western Norwegian fjord depth 230 m which produced 2910 tonnes fish 19 months, was measured repeatedly during an entire on-growth cycle. study showed that large increases benthic secondary production can result the loading waste nutrient-poor systems like fjords strong correlation between annual sedimentation rates particulate (carbon nitrogen) found. At received bulk (stations situated within 250 m mooring point farm) followed feeding regimes farm 2004 40 g ash-free dry weight m − 2 , 50 times as high 550 to 3000 m farm. Production close mainly due polychaete Heteromastus filiformis bivalve Abra nitida periods with moderate loadings matter, by Capitella capitata loadings. results further indicate threshold for increased this deep ecosystem had been reached 500 g C continuous magnitude over time might cause overloading localities.
