摘要: The most important issues in the European energy sector today are how to increase competitiveness on markets, reduce both CO2 emissions and dependence imported fuels. These also aspects of Swedish energy policy. In Sweden, district heating (DH) has commonly been used to achieve Swedish policy goals. However, ongoing integration and deregulation the energy markets Europe now means that DH can play an important role achieving international targets. This thesis investigates extent to which contribute compliance with current policy targets, Swedish. study consisted simulations the Swedish response various instruments a model takes local features virtually all systems into account. findings show, for example, there is great potential for combined heat power (CHP) generation in the sector. By exporting this CHP electricity other countries with less effective fossil dependent plants, from the could be substantially reduced. would result in increased security supply EU, since fuel use more effective. increased way maintaining an effective national power.
