摘要: The progressive ageing of the population means that chronic diseases are evermore frequent in our daily practice and situations these patients palliative care is equally frequent. This present review analyzes general definitions medical-legal norms, criteria for advanced terminal lung diseases, organization care, management treatment most problems (dyspnea, pain, coughing standard cancer such as pleural effusion, haemoptysis, upper vena cava syndrome, bone metastasis cerebral metastasis). Knowing stressed, including ethical principles which must guide actions, final measures sedation during expiration.
