摘要: Background Malignant melanoma is one of the most aggressive skin cancer and chemotherapeutic agents currently in use are still unsatisfactory. Prevention early diagnosis only effective tools against this tumour whose incidence mortality rates highly increased during last decades fair populations. Therefore search for novel therapeutic approaches warranted. Aim work was to identify test new compounds with antiproliferative cytotoxic activity on cells. We tested eugenol together six natural synthetic eugenol-related their capability inhibit cell growth primary lines established from patients' tissue samples.
