摘要: Introduction: Management of neglected perilunate dislocations is controversial. The various procedures such as open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF), proximal row carpectomy, lunate excision, wrist arthrodesis have been advocated. aim our study was to evaluate the functional outcome managed by ORIF.
