摘要: Capillary electrophoresis is ideally suited to chemical analysis of individual cells. Small mammalian somatic cells (approximately 15 microns in diameter) can be analyzed by injecting the intact cell into a capillary, lysing cell, separating and detecting cellular components, reconditioning capillary prior next injection. In this paper, we report on technical improvements single-cell analysis. We designed an inexpensive multipurpose injector that facilitates following: (i) monitoring injection, (ii) reproducible pressure- or electrokinetic-driven injection (iii) complete lysis SDS within 30 s (iv) pressure-driven reconditioning. Furthermore, glycosylation glycolysis single human carcinoma (HT29 line). The reliability quality confirmed comparing electropherograms from those purified extracts.
