摘要: The paper reports the results of some experimental tests aimed at measuring vibrations transmitted to hand-harm system by electric portable harvesters for olives. One flap-type harvesting head was applied three bars, different diameter (35 and 40 mm), length (2010 2210 mm) material (aluminium carbon fibre), so assembling harvesters. were measured in two points, next hand-grips. Measurements carried out both laboratory, during idle running, field, “Nocellara Etnea” olive variety, under ordinary working conditions. laboratory showed that bar had greatest influence reducing vibration level: average RMS value about 12 m/s 2 fibre 21 aluminium ones, without significant differences between diameters. field proved tree canopy a negative effect on handarm system: fact, increased from 16 (laboratory) up 20 (in field). difference observed when using 35-mm bar.
