Power and differential climate change vulnerability among extremely poor people in Northwest Bangladesh: lessons for mainstreaming

摘要: This article draws on research findings from fieldwork undertaken in Gaibandha District of Northwest Bangladesh 2009 to 2010 analyse the influence power-related factors climate change vulnerability and adaptation two rural communities. The principal aim was explore that shape differentiated adaptive capacity within communities, with a focus extremely poor community members. Findings indicate climate-related is at sub-community level, both among different socio-economic, livelihood social groups, as well them.
