摘要: The sol-gel process is used to prepare photocatalytic coatings with antibacterial properties. Also, doping metallic or non-metallic elements has an impact on the and activity of these coatings. Although there are many studies in this field, effect co-doping Cu N their concentrations properties TiO2 against E. coli S. aureus bacteria not been studied. In present investigation, method was employed deposit both undoped Cu-N co-doped glass surface, which expected degrade bacterial chemical contaminants water while exposed visible sunlight wavelengths. Before coating process, appropriate heat treatment applied samples quality coatings, band gap energy, also were evaluated. Results showed that, presence dopants, become narrower absorption spectrum transferred from ultraviolet light range. it demonstrated under radiation, all show higher than ones. Meanwhile, characteristics enhanced by increasing dopant concentration when exposing sunlight.
