摘要: We report Cu and La nuclear magnetic resonance measurements in the title compound that reveal an inhomogeneous glassy behavior of spin dynamics. A low temperature peak lattice relaxation rate ``wipeout'' intensity both arise from these slow electronic fluctuations a distribution activation energies. Inhomogeneous slowing appears to be general feature doped lanthanum cuprate.
