摘要: Summary Renal transplant recipients with high-risk bladder cancer following cystectomy need a urinary diversion preserving the renal function and possibly maintaining body image, while still offering best oncological outcome. The aim of this report is to describe our experience radical orthotopic ileal neobladder Studer technique in population, review literature. We performed four male patients (median age 67 years) after median time 9.5 years transplantation. Pathology revealed pT1HGN+ transitional cell carcinoma one case, pT1HGN0 two pT3aHGN0 one. Two presenting aggressive disease (N+ pT3a) died tumour progression 20 14 months, respectively, other are alive 56 36 months follow-up no evidence disease, stable serum creatinine (2.29 1.6 mg/dl) mild metabolic acidosis. Day night-time continence were satisfactory all patients. Good functional outcomes have been reported cases different techniques published so far global 24 39 months documents specific survival 62.5%.
