摘要: Nanoparticles form the fundamental building blocks for many exciting applications in various scientific disciplines due to its unique features such as large surface mass ratio, targeting potential, ability adsorbed and carry other compound which makes them suitable biomedical applications. However, problem of large-scale synthesis nanoparticles remains challenging physical instability associated with lead generation aggregates particles high polydispersity index (PDI) indicating low particle homogeneity eventually loss their special nanoscale properties. The stabilisation concept can be generated by repulsive electrostatic force, experience, when they are surrounded a double layer electric charges. Selection proper stabiliser will govern stability NPs ultimately development optimised drug delivery system. This review summarises mechanism issues likely encountered during nanoformulations. It also discusses potential stabilising agents used so far achieving stable nanosystems.
