摘要: Abstract The YSZ coatings with nanocrystalline columnar structure were prepared by magnetron sputtering and then dip-coated a Fe-containing sol. elements from sol decomposition products diffused at 600 °C for 2 h to modify the grain boundaries. electrical conductivities of Fe-modified coating are predominantly ionic 6–7 times higher than those as-deposited coating. conductivity increment is explained on scavenging effects Fe 2 O 3 intergranular siliceous phase based fact that strong segregation Si into triple junctions verified EDS analysis.
