摘要: The mixed micellar liquid chromatography is a mode that uses system of Brij35/SDS (85 : 15) as mobile phase under adequate experimental conditions, can simulate the resting membrane potential and conformation long hydrophilic polyoxyethylene chains remains unchanged. In this article, applications biopartitioning chromatography, using to describe estimate bioactivities alkaloids, has been focused. BMCBrij35/SDS-QRAR models half-life time, volume distribution, plasma clearance area concentration–time curve were obtained Brij35-SDS retention data. aim take look at capability model and/or bioactivity alkaloids.
