摘要: Abstract Disc springs are very common and important machine elements used in almost all fields of mechanical engineering. They applied when high spring forces required only a small mounting space is available, for example, clutches or rolling bearings. Residual stresses induced by shot peening improve the performance significantly, at same time increases production cost. This paper investigates an incremental forming process that allows geometry generation residual single setup. Accurate measurements needed to control product properties, especially new processes introduced. The possibility apply magnetic properties evaluated.
